Life doesn't have to be complicated to feel good. Sometimes, the smallest habits can have the biggest impact. Here are five simple things you can do each day to feel more balanced, clear and grounded.
Simply drink 10 sips of water before your morning brew. Before you reach for that first cup of coffee, take a moment to hydrate. Ten sips of water first thing with hlep you wake up your system gently, support digestion and give your body what it needs after a night of rest.
Simply spend time with yourself before anyone else. Journal, stretch, breath or just sit with your thoughts. Taking time with just you allows the day to begin with intention and a sense of calm.
Simply move for at least 30 minutes a day. Movement doesn't have to mean an intense workout. A walk, some dancing in the kitchen, or gentle stretching counts. It is amazing what a little movement can do for your mood and energy.
Simply pick up items that don't belong. Returning items to their place keeps your space and mind clear. A little effort daily keeps the mess from piling up.
Simply breathe and let the day be what it is. We can only control who we are within the day so take it in and let it be.
